OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

For the health and safety of your own dog and of others, we require an up-to–date proof of vaccinations including Kennel Cough.

Please make sure that your dog has been treated with an effective flee control product.

For insurance purposes, we are unable to accept male dogs that are complete and female dogs in season. We are also unable to accept Bull breeds.

OUR PAYMENT POLICY

We require a 50% deposit for our boarding guests.

We accept cheques and cash but not credit or debit cards.

CANCELLATIONS

We require you to give us a 24 hour cancellation period prior to day care and 48 hours for boarding stays. Failing this we will still have to charge you the sum agreed.

INSURANCE

We are fully insured for any unfortunate event that can happen to your dog whilst in our care, during walks or while boarding.
